Rebuild as Reachy Mini Dashboard on the modern host-shell pattern
Replaces the legacy single-file CDN-only webrtc_example with a React 19 + MUI 7 + Vite 7 dashboard built per ts/APP_CREATION_GUIDE.md. The host shell now owns OAuth + robot picker + leave flow via mountHost(); this app renders the post-connect control surface (video, bidirectional audio with FFT spectrum, head/body/antennas, motion, sound, daemon logs, latency, keyboard shortcuts).
