[Quota Error 403] cpu-basic quota stuck for organization LANCIC-IF

Hi Hugging Face Support team,

Our organization repo (LANCIC-IF/banana-spectral-app) is getting a 403 You've reached your cpu-basic quota limit error upon deployment.

We have verified that:

  1. There are no other active Spaces under the LANCIC-IF organization.

  2. The Space hardware is set to CPU basic (Free).

  3. We even deleted previous spaces and created a fresh one, but the quota limit is still triggered automatically.

It seems our organization’s cpu-basic quota is stuck in a ghost container state. Could you please reset/purge the hardware quota for the LANCIC-IF organization?

Thanks!

Same issue several others have hit recently, so it looks like a broader glitch rather than something specific to your org. Pausing/deleting all Spaces usually doesn’t clear it since the quota flag seems to get stuck server-side, not tied to actually running containers. This one needs a HF team member to clear it manually, best bet is emailing website@huggingface.co with your org name and space repo id, or flagging it here for a mod to see, since there’s no user-side fix that’s worked reliably in the other reports.
